Suppose you are Shafollo, studying in class XII in Rajshahi New Government Degree College. Few of your friends are interested to initiate a fund raising programme in your college to help the poor but meritorious students. Now write an email to your principal of the college proposing a business idea or a project for the programme.

Dear Sir,
I, on behalf of the students of class XII in your college, beg to state that our college is a famous one in our district for its academic results and extra-curricular activitics (পাঠ্যক্রম বহির্ভূত কার্যক্রম). But sadly there are many poor but meritorious students whose education process gets hindered due to poverty. We want to help those students so that they can carry on their studies smoothly (মসৃণকারী) and undisturbed. With this end in view, we want to initiate a fund (তহবিল) raising programme in our college. Initially we will raise a fund to which every student of our college will contribute. Then with the money we will conduct an honesty shop and make a garden. The profits from these two sources will be used to help those poor but meritorious students. I hope this will enable them to carry on their studies normally and make glorious results in the public exams.
